Is it free?
Yes. Every feature is free when you connect Google Drive or OneDrive. You only pay their quota. Hosted storage from us is coming later.
Can I try it first?
Yes. The sample gallery has a QR and a link. No account, no PIN. Uploads are off; the photos are fictional.
Do guests need an account or an app?
No. They scan a QR or open a link. No app, no account.
Is signing in the same as connecting Drive?
No. A fotkyzakce.cz account is email and password. You connect Google Drive or OneDrive separately, after you create an album. Google or Microsoft sign-in is not available yet.
Where do the photos go?
Originals go to your Google Drive or OneDrive. The gallery shows smaller JPEG previews from our storage. More on How Google Drive works and How OneDrive works.
How do I set up Google Drive?
Create an album, choose Google Drive, and confirm permission in Google. Guests do not need a Google account. The full steps are on How Google Drive works.
How do I set up OneDrive?
Create an album, choose OneDrive, and sign in with a personal Microsoft account (Outlook, Hotmail, or Microsoft 365 Personal). A work account will not work. Guests do not need a Microsoft account. The full steps are on How OneDrive works.
Google or Microsoft says the app is not verified. Is that OK?
Yes. Continue. We only ask for the album folder, not your whole Drive or OneDrive. More on How Google Drive works and How OneDrive works.
Do I need to stay signed in for guests to upload?
No. Guests can upload while you sleep. We keep the Drive or OneDrive connection on our side, not on your phone.
Can I switch from Drive to OneDrive later?
No. You choose storage when you create the album. You cannot switch it later.
What if I am out of space?
Guests cannot upload until you free space. Drive quota is shared with Gmail and Photos (15 GB free, Google One has more). Free OneDrive has 5 GB; Microsoft 365 Personal has 1 TB. Work OneDrive is not supported. Hosted storage from us is coming later. Google Drive, OneDrive.
What if the Drive or OneDrive connection expires?
Uploads stop; already uploaded gallery previews stay. On the album list, click Connect again. Files on the disk do not disappear.
Are albums public?
No. The URL is a random hash; albums are not in a catalog. You can turn on an optional PIN. More in the Privacy policy.
What is the PIN for?
An optional album lock. When it is on, nobody can upload or browse without the PIN.
Can guests upload video? What are the limits?
Photos and videos. Photos up to 50 MB, videos up to 500 MB.
Do iPhone photos work?
Yes. HEIC from iPhone and photos from Android. The original is stored; the gallery shows a JPEG preview.
Who can delete or hide photos?
A guest can delete only their own. You can delete or hide anything. Hidden photos disappear from the guest gallery and live; you still see them and can unhide them.
Can I turn uploads off after the event?
Yes. Set a from-to window, or stop uploads right away. The gallery stays available outside that window.
How do I download the whole album?
From the album list you download a ZIP, or you create a download link to share. The link has no PIN - anyone who has it can download the originals.
How long do photos stay?
Until you delete the album. Originals live on your Drive or OneDrive; we do not wipe them after a deadline.
Can I delete an album?
Yes, from the album list. Deletion removes metadata and the files in storage. There is no trash.
What is the live slideshow?
A separate TV page. Photos cycle, and new uploads appear without refreshing. There is no Upload button.
